From young, Dionne knew she had a creative edge and was fascinated with menswear which was inspired during her 5 year fashion studies at Birmingham City University. During her final year Reeves finalised her collection Disorder Magazine which resulted in utilising her images and making this the front cover 07 edition.
After graduating, Dionne pursued her career in menswear, understanding the construction of menswear from a classical perspective. Later on Dionne became an pre apprentice at Newham college in East London learning the trade of bespoke tailoring, which allowed her to pick up valuable contacts.
Excitingly after months of being an apprentice, in 2010 Dionne managed to obtain an apprenticeships with Huntsman & Sons, one of the most renowned companies on Savile Row. Reeves worked for Huntsman for 7 years gaining opportunities to take part in the Golden Shears competition coming 2nd place for military frock and overalls outfit.
